Our organic kitchen is based in Mijdrecht, the Netherlands, where all of our products are prepared; a growing selection of sun kissed dishes bursting with flavour enjoyed around the table with good company, as if you were under the sun and by the sea.

To ensure all of our organic products are as nourishing as they are delicious we keep the production process as natural as possible. We offer wholesome organic foods free of all the bad stuff (chemical fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides) and full of goodness.
Good food begins in the soil, which is why we like to know everything about our ingredients all the way back to when they were wee seedlings.
We work closely with local suppliers that are involved in the entire cultivation process, from seed to the final product. This way can guarantee the superior quality of our organic ingredients.
Since our products are rooted in the Mediterranean we thought it was only fitting to source our ingredients from the sunny region where the fertile soil, long hours of sunlight, mineral rich soil and traditional cultivation methods offer the best conditions for the production of exceptional quality.
The chickpea has long been a staple of the middle-eastern and Mediterranean cuisines. High in protein, fibre and mineral, it is a key ingredient in the making of Hummus and falafel.
Our organic Kabuli chickpeas, considered the best variety for making both hummus and falafel due to their nutty flavour and creamy texture, are cultivated in the mountainous area in Italy, where our supplier is in direct contact with the local farmers to ensure the integrity and quality of the organic legume.
Tahini paste is made of ground sesame seeds, making it the single most important ingredient in the recipe. This is why we make our Tahini using the best organic sesame seeds, sourced from Humera, Ethiopia.
The seeds, rich in calcium and iron, full of protein and high in nutrients, are hulled and roasted to unlock their flavour before they are ground to a paste.
Our aubergines retain their natural sweetness as they are prepared directly after they’ve been picked from the fields.
We use fresh high quality California & Beauregard cultivars of sweet potato, both known for their high level of nutrients and fibres, a rich flavor and intense sweetness.
Our organic red paprika peppers are sweet and packed with flavour, this is mainly because they bathe happily in Spain’s share of the Mediterranean sun and are prepared directly from harvest.
Our Olive oil is made in Italy from Santagatese, Minuta, Oglianola and Messinese olives.
Organic farming requires intensive care and dedication but in turn, it promises to protect the soil and the environment. Oh, and it also tastes so much better.

In order to guarantee Quality and food safety standards as well as to ensure the complete traceability of all of our products, our batches in the field and in the factory are controlled and monitored by our managers in collaboration with our suppliers.
We also work with an external laboratory service and all our products undergo the strictest quality control procedures by both our own laboratories and the external laboratories, constantly monitoring and testing the products from the source to the table.
